1. End User License Agreement (EULA) – Acceptance of Terms

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the noplans mobile application and related services (the "Services"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

You must explicitly accept this EULA during account creation. By creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA, including our zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior.

If you do not agree to this EULA, do not download, install, access, or use the Services.

This EULA incorporates by reference our Terms of Service (https://noplansapp.com/terms

), Privacy Policy (https://noplansapp.com/privacy

), and all other policies referenced herein. By accepting this EULA, you also agree to be bound by those documents.

2. What noplans Provides

A social discovery experience to find, create, and join real-world plans

AI-powered plan generation (voice or text), with summaries and suggested details

Realtime chat, notifications, friend system, direct invites, and privacy controls

Location-aware search using approximate and optional exact coordinates

3. Eligibility & Community Safety

You must be at least 18 years old (or older if your local law requires).

ZERO TOLERANCE FOR OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT AND ABUSIVE USERS

noplans has a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior, including but not limited to:

Harassment, bullying, or intimidation

Hate speech, discrimination, or threats of violence

Spam, scams, or fraudulent activity

Sexually explicit or inappropriate content

Content that violates others' rights or privacy

Any behavior that creates an unsafe environment

Violations of this policy will result in immediate content removal and account suspension or permanent ban, without prior notice.

Do not organize or encourage unsafe, illegal, or harmful activity. Respect local laws and venue rules.

Use blocking, reporting, and privacy controls to manage your experience; misuse may result in enforcement action.

4. Accounts & Security

Provide accurate, current information

Keep your credentials secure

You are responsible for all activity under your account

Notify us immediately of unauthorized use

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this EULA, safety policies, or applicable law.

5. Device Permissions: Location, Notifications, Microphone

Some features require access to device location, microphone, notifications, or media. These permissions can be managed in system settings.

You can choose whether to share approximate or exact location/time.

Disabling required permissions may limit features such as nearby plans or AI summaries.

6. AI-Generated Suggestions

AI-generated suggestions may not be accurate, complete, or suitable. Use your own judgment; verify all details such as hours, safety, and accessibility.

Do not rely on AI outputs for emergencies, medical decisions, or safety-critical situations.

All AI-generated content is filtered to prevent objectionable material.

7. User Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant noplans a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the Services.

All user-generated content is automatically screened for objectionable material. Content that fails moderation will be rejected or removed.

You agree not to post or transmit unlawful content, harassment, hate speech, threats, spam, malware, or any content that infringes others' rights.

Do not share others’ personal information without consent.

8. Safety, Blocking, Reporting, and Content Moderation

Content Filtering and Moderation

All plans, messages, and profile content undergo automated filtering prior to publication.

Reporting Objectionable Content

Users can report inappropriate content or abusive behavior at any time. Reports may be submitted for:

Harassment, spam, threats, or abusive behavior

Unsafe or inappropriate plans

Any violation of this EULA

24-Hour Review Commitment

noplans reviews all reports within 24 hours. Actions may include:

Immediate removal of objectionable content

Suspension or permanent banning of the offending user

Notification to the reporting user (where appropriate)

Blocking Abusive Users

When a user is blocked:

Their content is removed from your feed

They cannot see your profile or plans

The block is reviewed by our moderation team

Additional enforcement actions may occur

Developer Notification and Enforcement

All blocks and reports are logged and reviewed. Based on patterns of abuse, noplans may:

Remove reported content

Suspend or permanently ban users

Take legal action where necessary

Limited profile information (name, avatar, city) may remain visible solely for coordination within active plans, depending on your privacy settings. We may restrict visibility between blocked users at our discretion.

9. Paid Features

If paid features or subscriptions are offered, pricing and billing policies will be shown at purchase (e.g., App Store or Play Store). Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once delivered.

10. Third-Party Services

The Services integrate third-party technologies (Supabase, payment processors, analytics, maps/places providers). Their terms may apply when using those features. We do not control third-party content or availability.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of this EULA, safety risks, fraud, or legal compliance requirements.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

Violations of our zero-tolerance policy result in immediate termination without warning or refund.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, noplans and its affiliates are not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or intangible losses

We do not control user behavior or the safety of in-person meetups. You assume all responsibility for your decisions and safety.

13. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue and jurisdiction will reside in California courts where permitted.

14. Changes to This EULA

We may update this EULA. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date and providing notice where required. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
