noplans ("we," "our," "us") provides a social platform for discovering, creating, and joining plans. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use the noplans apps, websites, APIs, and related services (the "Services").

Account & Profile Data: Name, email/phone (for sign-in), avatar, city, preferences, and optional demographic fields you choose to share.

Plan & Interaction Data: Plans you create or join, messages, reactions, invites, friendships, blocks, reports, and notification settings.

Location Data: Approximate location (city/region) for discovery. Exact coordinates are collected only when you enable precise location; sharing with others follows your privacy settings.

Voice & AI Inputs: Audio/text you provide for plan generation or summaries; transcripts are processed to return results.

Device & Usage Data: Device identifiers, app version, OS, IP address, language, timestamps, and engagement metrics.

Third-Party Data: Data from integrated services (e.g., maps/places, payments, analytics) as needed to deliver features.

3. How We Use Information

Provide and personalize the Services (plan discovery, invites, friend visibility, chat, notifications).

Generate AI-based suggestions and summaries with your inputs and preferences.

Maintain trust and safety (blocking, abuse prevention, spam detection, moderation, and enforcing community rules).

Improve performance, reliability, and user experience through analytics and troubleshooting.

Communicate with you about service updates, security notices, and (with consent) marketing.

Service Providers: Hosting, storage (e.g., Supabase), analytics, payment, support, and communication vendors under appropriate safeguards.

Other Users: Limited profile fields, plan details, and participation status needed to coordinate plans; exact location/time shared only per your settings (public, participants, friends-only).

Participants & Invites: When you join or create a plan, participants may see your display name, avatar, and city; invitees may see the invite context.

Safety & Moderation: Content or metadata may be reviewed when investigating abuse, fraud, or safety reports.

Legal & Compliance: To comply with law, respond to valid requests, or protect rights, safety, or property.

Business Transfers: In a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, data may transfer subject to this Policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We may preserve limited records to prevent abuse or comply with retention requirements.

Update profile data and permissions in-app (location, notifications, sharing controls).

The Services are not directed to children under 13. If we learn a child under 13 provided personal data without consent, we will delete it.
